Off to a good start!

Almost 5 pm, and I'm still at zero cals.
I've had two bottles of water.
I'm allowing myself one small cup of jello (70 cals) around 6, then I am going to dinner with the boyfriend around 8. Eating after 8 is a bad move, I know. But I never go to bed before 1 anyway, and I'll run when I get home. Plus, we're going to get sushi, which means only 160 cals (6 cucumber rolls), plus 20 cals (2 tbps soy sauce). Sushi is great because it always fills me up on minimal cals, plus it's delicious. I'll also take my multi-vitamin with dinner to speed up my metabolism (that'll be another 20 cals for Viactiv -- it's great for you and will satiate that chocolate fix!).

So it looks as if day 1 may be a success. I had no time to exercise, but I'll hopefully run this evening with my mom.

The three plans I feel strongly about right now are:
28 day plan 
2468 plan
and the GM diet.

I think the GM diet is too difficult to keep track of and apply to my lifestyle, however.

So for now I'm doing the 28 day plan, and incorporating the 2468 plan into it.
